Senku and Gen have a small cottage on a large plot of land in Gram. Senku chose the location specifically to get the landmass available so he could make the space his own.

At the moment at the back of the property is what looks like a shed, with an attached outhouse, for those willing to donate to the biofuel cause. Biofuel should be ready in October.

On the other back corner of the property is a small apiary, with one set of three boxes stacked on top of one another.

Also found on the grounds is a garden full of fresh vegetables, notably not wheat or corn, and a few trees especially lime trees. There is another garden along the side of the house that is a herb garden, but in the front there's a variety of flowers to decorate the home.

There is a porch at the back and on the main floor there is a bathroom, kitchen and living room area. The upstairs is taken up with a much larger bathroom and a bedroom with a huge sky light above the bed.
